Mr. Milhoan and Goulardi
Bill Milhoan, a veteran educator with over twenty years of experience in all age groups, is currently a Technical Trainer at Cleveland State University. He specializes in training faculty and staff in the use of Adobe Systems software packages, web design and editing, and other useful technologies. Mr. Milhoan has a Masters Degree in Education from John Carroll University and a Bachelor of Music Education from The University of Akron.
